The language of the thought
is the most important part
right. Because a moment
later it’s prose.
When I think a pear
is my favorite fruit.
And I share this with certain
dogs, shepherds
mainly. Herding dogs.
What is it about this fruit
that we like. Am I shepherding
anything. See that’s not
poetry.
