Writing Aloud returns to BookCourt!

BKBF Web Post

Created by NY Writers Coalition in 2003, the Writing Aloud Reading Series unites NYWC’s community of writers and activists with some of the nation’s most prominent literary figures to share poetry, prose, and other beautiful art forms in a single space.

For our first installment of the fall, we’re excited to team up with Akashic Books for an evening of daring storytelling from members of NYWC workshop members and to celebrate the official New York City book launches of Nina Revoyr’s Lost Canyon and Joe Meno’s Marvel and a Wonder. Join us at BookCourt Bookstore in Cobble Hill!

Thursday, September 17 @ 7:00 p.m. at BookCourt (163 Court Street, BK)

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments provided by NYWC & Akashic Books.
